Gnoscend (“the Platform”) is an online AI content-creation workspace for cross-border sellers and creators. It provides trend research, prompt generation, and AI image and video generation through a prepaid credits system. By using the Platform you agree to the following terms.
2. Conditions of use
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, such as product marketing, e-commerce visuals and short-video content.
- You may not generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates third-party rights or platform policies.
- You are responsible for the reference material you upload and must hold the necessary rights to use it.
3. Credits and fees
- Credits are prepaid and consumed per generation; the credit cost is shown before you run a task.
- Membership plans and recharge packages are described on the pricing and account pages; please confirm before purchasing.
- Credits are for using the service only and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy shown at purchase.
4. Content and ownership
- Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the outputs you generate and are responsible for how you use them.
- You grant the Platform a limited license to process and store your inputs and outputs only to operate and improve the service.
- AI-generated results may be imperfect or inaccurate; you should review outputs before publishing or commercial use.
5. Changes and termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service when necessary. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended, and remaining credits may be forfeited per our policy.
6. Disclaimer
- The Platform provides AI content-generation tools only and is not responsible for how outputs are used or for disputes on third-party platforms.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to network failures, upstream provider maintenance, or policy changes).
7. Intellectual property
All content, feature design and branding of the Gnoscend platform are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or imitated without authorization.
8. Notice
Gnoscend serves overseas users; users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to them.
